The Business Partner role provides direct operational and administrative support to BrightDrop executives, their teams and the overall organization. As an integral member of our team the Business Partner will find themselves in a fast paced environment building a new organization to create innovative delivery solutions. The successful candidate for this position will be someone who exhibits the highest standards of professionalism, technical savvy, tact, sound judgement and thoughtful problem solving.

This position performs a wide variety of administrative and operational tasks including but not limited to:
  • Coordinate and prioritize meetings and travel
  • Producing departmental reports, and correspondence
  • Create and iterate presentation materials
  • Schedule complex meetings and maintain multiple calendars
  • Process expense reports
  • Coordinate events and meetings
  • Maintain office including supplies, facilities, etc.
  • Support and facilitate on-going communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Special projects

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with senior management and executives. C-Suite experience a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team environment across the organization
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High level of problem solving ability including independent judgment and decision making skills
  • High level of personal drive/motivation and demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, internal dynamics, a fast pace and tight timelines with a positive attitude and drive to results
