Job Summary

Duties

• Stock shelves, aisles, and storage areas with merchandise, ensuring products are properly labeled and easily accessible
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying incoming deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom, sales floor, and back-of-house areas through regular cleaning and maintenance
• Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays, rotating produce, and ensuring products are presented attractively
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions related to product locations or availability in multiple languages if applicable
• Operate retail math skills for accurate stock counts, pricing adjustments, and sales transactions at the cashier station

Skills

• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are a plus) to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Customer service skills with a friendly attitude to assist shoppers confidently in retail environments
• Organizational skills for maintaining tidy shelves, back stock areas, and merchandising displays
• Retail math proficiency for accurate stock counts and sales calculations
• Experience in retail sales or cashiering is advantageous for supporting checkout operations
