Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D part models and CAM programs for CNC Haas mills & Mazak lathes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
- Determine tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials (aluminum, steel, stainless, plastics, etc.).
- Develop work holding solutions and maintain revision control on programs and setup documentation.
- Collaborate with team members on process improvements and project planning.
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of CAD/CAM experience preferred (BOB-CAD experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of machining principles and materials.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to improve.
- Candidates newer to the trade with solid technical aptitude are encouraged to apply — we’re willing to train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
