We are seeking a motivated Mid-level Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team for the hours of 10:30 - 7:00 pm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and repair of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth operations through technical expertise and proactive problem-solving. Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly.
- Conduct repairs involving welding , low voltage electrical systems, high voltage components, and mechanical assemblies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Assist with service tasks, including troubleshooting on-site equipment at our manufacturing facility.
- Support safety protocols by inspecting machinery for hazards and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or similar environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with schematics, hydraulic systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician practices, and low/high voltage systems.
- Knowledge of industrial mechanics combined with strong analysis skills for diagnosing issues accurately.
- Experience working with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Effective communication skills for clear documentation and service interactions.
