We are looking for a Contact Center Shift Supervisor for a full-time position supporting the Defense Health Agency in Bedford, PA.


SUMMARY


The Contact Center Supervisor is responsible for the daily administration, supervising and training of personnel at a contact center supporting the Defense Health Agency in Bedford, PA. Work includes, but is not limited to: incoming triage service to respond and direct calls and inquires to the appropriate area, transitioning coaching services, referrals, and follow ups for active duty service members, reserve component, National Guard, Coast Guard and veterans,


REQUIREMENTS


A minimum of one year of experience in a medical/hospital call center, specifically in triage, care management, motivational interviewing and crisis counseling.Superior communication skills.Experience handling difficult calls in a professional and effective manner.Ability to meet efficiency and productivity metrics.
