A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER
Supplier Quality Engineers oversee liaising with suppliers and checking product quality as opposed to their company standards. Reviewing manufacturing processes, identifying quality problems, doing paperwork, providing technical assistance, and reporting supplier performance to senior management would all be part of your daily tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER
- 2 years of related experience
- Above-average computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
WORK SCHEDULE
This position requires working Monday - Friday during typical business hours when the business clients that you support are also working. This job is located on site in Madison Heights, there is the potential for remote work 1 day per work. There maybe times that you would be required to travel to supplier locations however, it is likey to be less than 5% of the time.
