A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE SITE COORDINATOR
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you are the first line of communication for our customers. You will work on site with the client ensuring that the materials they need are loaded and unloaded as necessary, maintain excellent housekeeping standards and coordinator orders, entering processing and more Whether answering simple questions or solving complex problems, you are patient and friendly. You always put yourself in the customers' shoes and listen carefully to their needs. The key to your success is that you never give up or leave anyone hanging. You are all about following through and following up. Most of our customers are appreciative of our exceptional customer service, but occasionally one of them is frustrated. You don't take it personally, and your professionalism and kindness usually turn things around.

Qualifications For a Customer Service Coordinator
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Preferred: Experience in warehousing and/or manufacturing environment
