Our client, a growing manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their on-site team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, and wants to grow within a stable, team-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform three-way match processes (PO, invoice, and receiving) to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Support daily accounting operations, including posting payments, preparing deposits, and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and other departments to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in AP/AR within a manufacturing or distribution environment required.
• Strong understanding of the three-way match process.
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP experience preferred) and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
