About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Machinist to join our team in Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machining, set-ups, and programming on both mills and lathes. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build their machining career with the support of on-the-job training and growth opportunities within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and program CNC mills and lathes (Hurco, HAAS, Fadal, YCM, and more)
- Setups for machining of parts on mills and lathes
- Read and interpret GD&T and part drawings
- Work with G & M Code for machining operations
- Use and maintain measuring equipment (basic tools required; precision equipment provided)
- Safely operate band saws, panel saws, grinders, and rotary tools
- Follow work instructions and see tasks through to completion
- Handle materials and lift up to 50 lbs.
What We’re Looking For
- 6 years of machine shop experience
- CNC mill/lathe setup knowledge required
- Knowledge of MasterCam software (SolidWorks knowledge is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as a team player
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- 8-hour shifts, consistent schedule
