RF Engineer

Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2 years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As an electrical engineer for GPS Source Sustainment Team, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for maintiaing over 300 prducts in the GPS Source catalog.

We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences:

• Experience with RF circuit design using discrete components (lumped elements), for amplifiers, power dividers/combiners, attenuators
• Experience with general circuit troubleshooting procedures including but not limited to using RF equipment, power supplies, DVM, soldering station, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.
• Experience in schematic capture and PCB layout using OrCad 17 or higher
• Component engineering experience

Workplace Options:

This position is Flex position with 3 days a week on site.
While on-site, you will be a part of the Colorado Springs, CO GPS Source Sustainment Team.

Combined Salary Range

USD $97,754.00 - USD $108,445.00 /Yr.
