What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Programs Role Player (1099-Independent Contractor Position) position at General Dynamics Information Technology?
*NOTE: This position requires commute to Williamsburg on workdays.
Candidates will operate as Training Programs Role Players in support of field training exercises around Southeastern Virginia and surrounding areas. Qualified personnel should demonstrate an understanding of USG training techniques and terminologies.
Role Players will conduct field training activities, evaluate students' performance, provide feedback and participate in exercise debriefing.
***Must posses or be able to obtain an Active SECRET clearance (Sponsor provided) to be considered for this Program***
DESIRED ROLE PLAYER QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience as role player supporting field training exercises in both urban and rural environments
Experience working in DoD special operations or Intelligence community training environment highly desired
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLE PLAYERS APPLYING
Interest in becoming a role player supporting field exercises
Map reading and navigational capability
Availability to work flexible hours on a part-time basis
Must meet the physical requirements and be prepared for extensive walking, standing for extended periods of time
Must possess a Valid US driver's license and MUST disclose driving record
The ability to work as an Independent Contractor
Successfully complete Initial Training Class
