Responsibilities Include
- Performance measurement and variance analysis; including Cost Account Plans
- Communication with Cost Account Managers and department Directors
- Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Estimate at Complete development
- Budget development and maintenance
- Preparation of cost reports to support both internal and external customers
- Manpower Plan and Operating Plan development
- Shop order control
- Preparation of billing instructions for submittal to Cash Management
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics
- 2 years of related experience
- Prior Electric Boat employment or internship
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Experience with Power BI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint
- Must be interested in and capable of analyzing large sets of data with minimal supervision
- Analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
