- Lawn mowing (riding and walk behind)
- Weed whacking and hedge trimming
- Hedge trimming and weed whacking
- Landscaping
- Groundskeeping
- Office cleaning
- Bathroom/shower cleaning
- Operate carpet shampooer
- Operate buffing machines
- Wax application
- Street sweeper
- Recycling
- Snow and ice removal (everywhere) and hand shoveling
- 1st 700 AM - 330 PM
- 2nd 330 PM - 1130 PM
- 3rd 1000 PM - 600 AM
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Driver's license required.
- A positive attitude and be ready to work as part of a team.
- Strong organization skills.
- Knowledge of floor stripping, waxing and buffing processes.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitizing processes.
- Ability to shift tasks as needed.
- Must be able to meet and perform to the requirements of the physical task analysis.
- Knowledge of janitorial duties and standards.
- Experience performing janitorial cleaning in an industrial/commercial environment.
- Experience backing up a trailer.
- Experience operating and quick troubleshooting lawn care equipment.
- Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certified.
