This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys keeping projects moving smoothly from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesRequest, track, and follow up on subcontractor quotesSchedule and coordinate inspections with agencies and third-party inspectorsOrder materials such as rock, concrete, and specialized equipmentArrange cranes, trucking, hauling, and other jobsite logisticsPrepare and submit permit applicationsSet up and maintain project files and documentationSupport Project Managers with administrative and operational tasksUse Excel to track budgets, schedules, and project dataQualificationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelConstruction experience preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPunctual and DependableCompensation & BenefitsRate of pay: Highly negotiable based on experience (minimum $20/hour)Medical, AFLAC, PTO, and 401(k) available after eligibility periodOffice hours: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunchCompany DescriptionSouthern California's premier petroleum general contractor specializing in the installation, retrofitting, and demolition of under and above ground fueling systems.
