Position Overview
G Force Solutions is seeking a senior military professional to serve as the Primary Integrator for ASCC and Theater Army education at the U.S. Army War College (USAWC). You will integrate ASCC content into academic programming, prepare and deliver instruction, support exercises and events, and provide research and document review support. Success in this role requires strong presence in the classroom, operational-level planning credibility, and the ability to produce clear, high-quality written products on deadline.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Primary Integrator for ASCC and Theater Army educational efforts at USAWC.
- Develop and deliver instruction (in-person or virtual, live or recorded) for courses, lessons, and academic events.
- Build curriculum and academic content, including:
- Learning outcomes and lesson objectives
- Reading lists and instructional outlines
- Presentation materials and modules
- Course synopsis and syllabus support as required
- Provide exercise support (planning, execution, facilitation, instructor or observer/controller roles) for up to five exercises, each up to five days (excluding travel).
- Produce required written deliverables, including:
- Monthly status reporting and briefing materials
- Post-lesson and post-event written reports (typically within 7 calendar days)
- Exercise after-action reporting (initial and final reporting timelines may apply)
- Document review recommendations (typically within 14 calendar days)
- Provide research support on at least one research project, including coordination, writing/editing support, and final product development.
- Conduct recurring document reviews (up to four per month) on strategies, concepts, policy, doctrine, and strategic issues connected to ASCC and Theater Army topics.
- Coordinate with USAWC/CSL staff for scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and event execution.
- Attend up to four approved symposia and submit post-symposium reporting.
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- Education: Master’s degree in a discipline related to military organizational issues (examples: Strategic Studies, Leadership, Military Arts and Science, Military History, management of large organizations, or similar).
- PME: Completion of advanced PME at least Intermediate-Level Education (ILE) (per CJCSI 1800.01F).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years planning and operations experience at echelons above brigade.
- Clearance: Must have at least an interim SECRET by start and be able to maintain SECRET eligibility.
- Demonstrated ability to instruct, brief, and facilitate discussions with senior audiences.
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience producing professional reports, assessments, and recommendations.
- Strong time management with the ability to meet multiple deadlines under a steady operational tempo.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience teaching, facilitating, or supporting instruction in PME, leader development, or strategic education environments.
- Experience supporting wargames, exercises, or operational planning events as instructor, facilitator, or observer/controller.
- Experience integrating curriculum across multiple courses/programs and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Theater Army/ASCC roles and functions, Mission Command, and strategic-level operational challenges.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
