This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Oklahoma City, OK. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on air compressors and related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting system issues, conducting field service visits to client sites, and ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules. Additionally, you will interact with customers to address their service needs, provide technical support, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Experience with Field Service operations, including on-site servicing of equipment
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Familiarity with Maintenance protocols and schedules for industrial equipment
- Knowledge of air compressor systems, including medical air and vacuum systems, is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including availability for 24/7 emergency services
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
