The Service Technician will inspect, install, maintain, and repair air compressors and related equipment at customer sites and in the shop. Daily work includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting all service activities. The role involves traveling to customer locations, responding to service calls, and supporting emergency breakdowns as needed. The Service Technician will interact directly with customers, explain findings and recommended repairs, and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently. The position also requires adherence to safety standards, proper use of tools and test equipment, and collaboration with the service team and parts department.

Qualifications
- Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills to perform preventive service, diagnostics, and corrective repairs on air compressors and related systems.
- Proficient Troubleshooting abilities to identify mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and implement effective solutions in the field.
- Field Service experience, including working at customer sites, managing service calls, and operating independently while following company procedures.
- Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with clients, explain technical findings in accessible terms, and represent the company professionally.
- Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel locally within Oklahoma.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in industrial maintenance, HVAC, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required, work safely with hand and power tools, and follow all safety and compliance guidelines.
- Prior experience with air compressor systems, industrial equipment, or medical air/vacuum systems is a plus; relevant certifications are highly beneficial.
