The Customer Service position is responsible for a variety of customer service responsibilities which can include answering customer/sales calls, prepare daily deposits, enter A/R payments and transfers, accurately processing orders, creating and validating invoices, entering data and creating reports, completing end-of-day processes including driver check-in and collaboratively problem-solving issues related to customer orders and deliveries. This position works independently, as part of an office team, and cross departmentally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Courteous and clear communication style, handling a wide variety of customer service calls about products, sales, payment and setup information
• Ability to problem solve solutions to customer and inter-departmental needs while maintaining strict adherence to company policies
• Solid organization skills ensuring smooth and accurate flow of sales functions, including processing orders and validating invoices
• Self-motivated and committed to delivering best in class service
• Acts with honesty and transparency and treats others with respect, dignity and fairness

• High school diploma, associate degree or equivalent professional work experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Provide excellent customer service for product/order information, sales, and returns, including "walk-ins", phone calls and e-mails.
• Reconcile daily routes and run daily close.?
• Enter orders, add-ons and changes to route deliveries as needed.?
• Enter product inventories daily.??
• Create invoices and reports as needed.?
• Enter daily overage, route breakage, and repack adjustments.?
• Record daily the ASM's overage on a spreadsheet for month-end reporting.
• Answer phones, greet and assist customers and guests.?
• Apply AR payments to account balances.?
• Prepare and handle daily banking deposits.?
• Prepare Tap Knobs daily for delivery and create brand stickers as needed.
• Communicate professionally with customers.?
• Execute all aspects of the sales function including purchase order processing, payment processing, quotes, and delivery dates - ensure accuracy of information being entered to guarantee correct item(s) are ordered.
• Assist the company in building its sales by helping to maintain house accounts through effective communication of information, including services, active pricing, programming, and discounts.
• Collaborate with sales management team to determine the best methods to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the organization's policies. Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Schedule:
Workweek is Monday through Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Compensation:
Starting wage between $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience.
