Duties And Responsibilities
- Clean assigned areas in accordance with established standards.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming offices, hallways, and entrances.
- Polish furniture, fixtures, and trimmings as needed.
- Report items requiring repair or hazardous conditions to the supervisor.
- Follow established antiseptic techniques and utilize appropriate cleaning solutions for fixtures and restrooms.
- Gather and dispose of trash, and wash and reline waste containers.
- Observe all laws, regulations, and applicable obligations while conducting business on behalf of the company.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to established operating procedures and practices.
- Clean carpets as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications
- Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess:
- The ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English
- a valid driver's license with a good driving record verified by the DMV.
- the ability to use power equipment.
- May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and may require lifting above shoulders.
- The ability to work independently is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.
