What You’ll Do
- Provide an excellent first impression through customer interactions, including managing incoming calls, scheduling service work and appointments, and handling email communications
- Utilize internal software, including client relationship management (CRM) systems, and be open to learning new programs
- Ensure technicians meet service call targets, conduct regular follow-ups with homeowners, and uphold company values in every interaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Knowledge of power generation, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or utility trades is a plus
- Computer proficiency to coordinate scheduling, dispatch, spreadsheet management, and client relationship management (CRM) software
