Job Summary
The Material Handler III is responsible for all material handling needs, primarily picking warehoused parts, and delivering to assembly areas to ensure efficient production. Work closely with production lines to ensure full utilization of people, materials, and equipment to meet customer demand. Required to achieve company standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
The Kitting Lead is a hands-on operational role responsible for ensuring all kits are assembled accurately, consistently, and on time. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a clear sense of urgency. The Kitting Lead works directly on the floor—comfortable “in the trenches”—and frequently assists with packing and other tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate is computer literate, able to process orders efficiently, and preferably experienced with SAP. Strong communication skills, the ability to learn workflows quickly, and an aptitude for identifying the most efficient processes are essential. Experience developing processes or procedures is a plus. This role provides daily guidance and direction for a small team of approximately 3 employees.
