What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Setter position at Generac Power Systems?
The Outbound Sales Representative is a (Call from Home Agent) responsible for calling home owners in heavy hail areas throughout the North Texas DFW Metroplex.
Essential duties:
- Canvas Residential Power Outage neighborhoods, simply set Generac Stand By In Home Consultations as well as Virtual Consultations.
- Maintain minimum performance standards and adhere to internal policies and procedures.
- Attend conference call meetings once a week.
- Attend coaching, one on one, and/or training sessions with a team manager at a minimum of once every 4 weeks.
Qualifications:
- One Year of Outbound sales and marketing.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Canvassing Lead Generation Preferred.
- Computer Proficiency.
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills.
- Must Have Thick Skin! If the word No scares you, then this isn’t the right fit.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain an Upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor
- Able to read/write/speak the English Language, Spanish is a plus and more pay.
- Able to maintain required appointment quota per week.
- Able to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on call center needs.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $1,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
