Responsibilities:

• Payment Entry
• Compute and record numerical data
• Collections
• Developing and maintaining Customer relationships
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Customer Invoicing
• Research Invoice Dependencies and Accuracy
• Communicate with Team Members
• Accounts Payable

Qualifications:

• QuickBooks experience preferred.
• 1 year Previous experience in A/R, (Full Cycle Accounting preferred but not require) Accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Understand Statement Generation
• Payment Terms
• Cash Management
• Payment Posting
• 1 year Accounts Payable Experience
