Duties
1. NetSuite Data Management & Optimization
- Build and manage Saved Searches and Scheduled Reports within NetSuite to track daily sales activity.
- Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy in customer categorization (Retail vs. Wholesale vs. OEM).
- Act as the point person for sales-related NetSuite workflows to ensure the team is capturing the data necessary for high-level analysis.
2. Google-Based Reporting & Visualization
- Develop and maintain live sales dashboards using Google Sheets and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
- Utilize Connected Sheets for NetSuite (or similar connectors) to pull real-time ERP data into collaborative Google environments.
- Create visually compelling slide decks in Google Slides for monthly sales strategy meetings.
3. KPI & Pipeline Analysis
- Monitor the "Lead-to-Cash" cycle within NetSuite to identify bottlenecks or stalled quotes.
- Develop KPIs focused on Wholesale Re-order Rates, OEM Lead Times, and Direct-to-Consumer (Retail) Margins.
- Conduct "Leak Analysis" to find dormant accounts or missed upsell opportunities within the existing database.
4. Forecasting & Trend Mapping
- Use historical NetSuite data to build predictive models for seasonal towing trends.
- Collaborative Forecasting: Manage shared Google Sheets environments where sales reps can input "boots on the ground" data to refine financial projections.
5. Communication
- Strategic Reporting & Presentation: Opportunities to present clear, actionable insights and sales/financial forecasts to the team, transforming data sets into a "story" that drives departmental growth and operational efficiency.
- Strong Interpersonal Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical data and real-world operations by presenting findings with clarity, confidence, and a professional "soft skill" set.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Data Analytics.
- ERP Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience working within NetSuite (Reporting, Saved Searches, and Dashboards) or similar ERP
- Google Workspace Power User:
- Google Sheets: Expert level (Apps Script, Query functions, and Pivot Tables).
