What You’ll Do
- Perform surface preparation and painting on bridges and related steel structures
- Safely operate and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial or bridge painting required
- Familiarity with safety protocols, rigging, and containment systems
- Ability to work outdoors and at heights
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Massachusetts
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $24.96 – $30.06 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Seasonal work – varied hours depending on project needs
- Location: On-site, across Massachusetts
