What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Attendant (Seasonal) position at Gemstone Communities?
Gemstone Communities is currently looking for a Part-Time Pool Attendant for our Community in Fort Wayne, IN. The pool attendant must maintain a clean and sanitary pool area at all times.
JOB DUTIES
- Monitors residents entering and exiting the pool area. Ensures the state capacity is not exceeded
- Ensures all posted pool rules are being adhered to
- Ensures safety equipment is present and in working order. Checks first aid kit for needed supplies on a daily basis
- Cleans and maintains pool area daily
- Sweeps the pool deck and all surrounding areas daily
- Reports any non-working or damaged furniture to the Community Manager
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to endure seasonal temperatures
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Great verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and internet
