Fatherhood Family Advocate (Case Manager)

Job Description

Position Purpose:

To provide case management services to children and families in the Division of Child and Family Services through the Family Reunification program.

1. Provide home based services

2. Develop safety and risk assessment

3. Facilitate child and family team meetings

4. Develop service plans

5. Provide documentation through computer programming

6. Attend court; provide written reports and provide court testimony as needed.

7. Complete client surveys to assess cases

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

Education: BA/BS in social work, psychology or related field

Experience: No experience needed.

Licensure and Certification: None required

Pay Rate

$21.04/ Hour
