For candidates with more experience with a passion for customer service, this posting also serves as a pathway to our Senior Customer Experience Specialist role, where you’ll take ownership of complex customer needs and play a critical role in delivering solutions.
What You’ll Do
Leadership Program Path (Recent Graduates):
- Support customers by answering product questions, processing orders, and resolving issues
- Learn technical product knowledge and contribute to sales through proactive solutions
- Gain exposure to inside sales, account management, product management, and cross-functional projects
- Participate in strategic initiatives that improve customer experience and business performance
- Build the flexibility, confidence, and business acumen needed for future growth opportunities
Senior Customer Experience Specialist Path (Experienced Candidates):
- Manage complex and custom customer requests from quote to order fulfillment
- Provide technical product guidance and pricing recommendations
- Resolve escalated issues and strengthen customer relationships
- Partner with sales, production, and internal teams to deliver solutions
- Identify trends and contribute to process improvements
What We’re Looking For
For Leadership Program Candidates:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field)
- 0–3 years of experience (internships/co-ops preferred) - greater experience is welcome
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and learning agility
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership potential
For Senior Customer Experience Specialist Candidates:
- 2–4 years of customer experience, sales, or order management experience
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to handle complex requests
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive solutions
Compensation
- Leadership Program: $60,000–$70,000 annually
- Senior Customer Experience Specialist: $22.91–$29.33 per hour
