Wage Range: $17.42 - $22.84 per hour
Location: Decorah, IA
Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.
The actual title and individual compensation packages are dependent upon various factors unique to each candidate including skillset, training, transferable skills, work experience, qualifications, business needs, market demands, and other job-related reasons. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for other benefits.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.
- Overtime is scheduled as needed.
- Determines the cutting paths and sequence of operations using appropriate software, maximizing material usage through placement of artwork on the raw material sheets.
- Programs lasers, water jets, and mills with the correct cutting parameters.
- Sets up the laser, water jets, and mills with correct material.
- Lays out location of mounting studs and drills and taps product as needed.
- Performs inspection of letters before shipment to insure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards.
- Maintains a complete and orderly file of all artwork used.
