What is the Role: Gemini Bakery Solutions, an industrial-grade equipment manufacturer, is currently seeking a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team for our parts department. Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for labeling and staging of incoming inventory, as well as the picking and packaging of internal and external customer orders daily. This role ensures materials are handled safely, shipments are processed accurately, and warehouse areas remain organized and compliant with company standards. The ideal candidate will have previous shipping and receiving experience, excellent communication skills, and general inventory knowledge. The successful applicant will be able to use an ERP based system to receive in all material and ship out and label all customer products as well as be very attentive to detail, reliable and ambitious.

Who You Are:
- Picks and packs sales orders; selects appropriate shipping container/box, packs items to ensure safe delivery
- Prepare parts for manufacturing orders by accurately pulling, verifying, and staging materials according to work orders and production schedules
- Checks items to be shipped against sales orders to verify that quantities, destination, and routing are correct
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and purchasing teams as needed
- Ship the packed parts using a UPS shipping program prior to daily pickup
- Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment
- Inspect shipments for damages, defects or shortages/overages. Report any issues to
- Sorts, counts, packages, labels, and dispositions all materials that are received
- Pull parts needed for production floor assemblies as well as for daily customer sales
- Pull, kit, label and stage kitting items for inventory and customer sales
- Daily inventory cycle counting
- Daily Trash, cleaning of parts room/facilities
- Purchasing of facility supplies materials
- Performs all other duties as required or directed
What You Must Bring
What You Bring:
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable means of transportation
- Previous experience in warehouse environment, minimum of 3 years – 5 years preferred
- Must be able to lift, push or pull up to and including 50 lbs.
- Ability to work Self-motivated, efficient time management, attention to detail with reliable attendance and punctuality
- Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety standards
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and a strong appreciation of the importance of completing tasks on time
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and noise

Salary : $44,135 - $56,805
