Compliance & Operations Manager (On-Site)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support two operations specialists while ensuring smooth client operations
- Improve systems, processes, and technology across billing, reporting, and workflows
- Oversee billing, retirement account processing, and insurance/annuity administration
- Support compliance supervision, internal reviews, and firmwide training initiatives
What’s Offered
- $90,000 - $120,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Annual bonus opportunity (typically 5 - 15% of base)

- Primarily on-site with occasional flexibility
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Operations and/or compliance background
- Licensing preferred (7 & 66 or 63 & 65)
- Strong communication, detail orientation, and process-improvement mindset
