We are a growing bakery dedicated to fresh, high-quality products and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Bakery Helper to join our team and support daily production and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist bakers with daily production (mixing, shaping, preparing ingredients)
- Help pack, label, and organize baked goods for delivery and retail
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe at all times
- Wash dishes, sanitize workstations, and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Receive and organize deliveries and inventory
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Support general tasks as needed to keep the bakery running smoothly
Requirements:
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends if required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Previous kitchen or bakery experience is a plus, but not required
