GEMCO Constructors is seeking a Safety Administrator to support our safety team and field operations. This position is based in the Indianapolis, IN area and will assist with projects nationwide.

While some safety experience is preferred, this is considered an entry-level position with opportunities to learn and develop within a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with onboarding new employees
• Creating and maintaining internal site-specific safety plans and our subcontractors
• Assigning and tracking employee training
• Maintaining safety documentation and records
• Supporting field operations and compliance efforts
