Job Title: Store Manager (SLD) L21 - Harlem
Reports To: District Lead
FLSA Status: Exempt (Salaried)
Shifts: Days & Weekends 4-day week, 10-hour shifts
Years of Experience: SLP and above
SUMMARY:
To ensure the company culture is maintained by greeting, engaging and interacting with customers to grow new and existing sales and loans; supervising staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:
· Greet, interact and qualify each customer to determine their individual needs and recommends the appropriate solutions to meet that need.
· Show the ability to meet and exceed sales/loan goals as well as other related quota.
· Keep work area clean and organized per store and OSHA standards.
· Perform buying, selling and loan transactions.
· Handle all cash/debit transactions and negotiable items accordance with established policies, procedures and practices.
· Answer all incoming phone calls per company standards as well as making appropriate outgoing phone calls with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
· Effectively communicate pawn/loan/buys/sells company policies and legalities to customers.
· Communicates and works with all senior staff and managers, displaying respect and professional communication.
· Carry keys and alarm codes; open and close store, disarm and arm alarm systems.
· Perform and supervise daily operational procedures.
· Supervise employees to complete tasks and achieve goals in the absence of District Lead.
