We're looking for an Enterprise Campaign Manager who gets fired up about turning marketing activities into closed-won enterprise deals. You'll own the end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for our enterprise segment, working hand-in-hand with sales to drive sales opportunities and pipeline.
This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. You'll be in the trenches with AEs, constantly optimizing campaigns based on what's actually attracting interest and moving deals forward. You thrive on the challenge of long sales cycles and celebrate just as hard when your campaign finally helps close that whale account after months of nurturing.

We're looking for an Enterprise Campaign Manager who gets fired up about turning marketing activities into closed-won enterprise deals. You'll own the end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for our enterprise segment, working hand-in-hand with sales to drive sales opportunities and pipeline.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Partner with Head of Demand Generation and marketing leadership to design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts
- Partner with enterprise AEs to understand deal dynamics and create campaigns that help them attract and engage interested buyers
- Execute targeted campaigns to drive the right enterprise prospects to interact with Gem
- Create sales-specific assets and plays that AEs actually use and value
- Work with event team to maximize enterprise attendance and ensure seamless pre- and post-event follow-ups
- Constantly test new and creative mediums, offers, and channels - but always data-driven
- Document learnings and scale what works across the enterprise segment
- Experience from 3-5 years working at successful B2B SaaS startups in the 50-500 employee range
- You understand the unique challenges of enterprise marketing at a growth-stage company
- Excited to build the enterprise playbook from scratch and scale what works
- Ready to own both the wins and the learnings when experiments don't pan out
- Build trust with enterprise AEs by speaking their language and delivering results
- You see campaign management as a team sport - collaborating with demand gen leadership, sales, and other marketing functions
- You understand that in enterprise, creating "interested buyers" is more valuable than just generating leads
- You're obsessed with pipeline creation metrics, not vanity metrics
- Proficient at the typical B2B techstack: Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, Asana,ABM platform
