We are seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will own the administration, optimization, and architecture of Salesforce and our integrated GTM tools. Beyond day-to-day administration, you will serve as a strategic partner to GTM partners, helping to execute scalable processes, manage complex integrations, and ensure our systems empower the business. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with a strong understanding of revenue workflows, and has the experience to troubleshoot and optimize complex automations across our tech stack.

- Compensation: The annual cash compensation range for this role is $135,000-$150,000 in addition to equity & benefits.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
Systems Administration & Architecture
- Lead the administration and optimization of Salesforce (user setup, security model, roles, permission sets, page layouts, validation rules).
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes.
- Ensure Flows are scalable, efficient, and well-documented, with appropriate error handling.
- Partner with RevOps managers to scope requirements and translate them into Flow-based or other automated solutions.
- Manage configuration and integrations with GTM systems (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, CPQ tools).
- Own and improve lead routing.
- Drive data quality through deduplication strategies, validation rules, and monitoring.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues with Salesforce automations (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) and integrations.
- Investigate “broken” processes or unexpected behaviors across the GTM tech stack.
- Provide root cause analysis and long-term solutions, not just quick fixes.
- Document fixes, system changes, and best practices for knowledge-sharing.
- Partner with RevOps managers to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to GTM processes.
- Automate repetitive workflows to streamline operations across teams.
- Ensure data and fields are structured correctly to support accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Ability to project manage and prioritize accordingly.
- Ensure the data and field architecture enable accurate dashboards and forecasting.
- Partner with relevant team members from finance, marketing, RevOps and business operations to validate data accuracy.
- Own system access, roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
- Define and document governance for system changes and workflows.
- Monitor overall system health, integrations, and performance.
- 4–6 years of Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Administrator certification required).
- Proven expertise with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) and strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture.
- Hands-on experience managing integrations between Salesforce and GTM systems (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Marketo, CPQ, Leandata).
- Familiarity with middleware tools and API-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of GTM processes (lead lifecycle, pipeline management, renewals, expansions).
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across multiple tools.
- Experience designing scalable data models and system architecture for reporting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and CS leadership.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other quoting/billing systems.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and data warehouse environments (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
