GEM is expanding its team and hiring Entry-Level Customer Experience Representatives to support in-person marketing, community engagement, and event campaigns.

What You'll Do- Interact with customers and members of the community
- Represent client organizations in a professional and positive manner
- Provide information about campaigns, services, and initiatives
- Create welcoming and engaging customer experiences

- Answer questions and communicate information clearly
