What You'll DoAs an Event Customer Service Representative, you'll represent our clients at promotional events, community events, retail locations, and special campaigns by:
- Greeting customers with a positive and professional attitude
- Answering questions about products, services, and promotions
- Assisting customers with sign-ups, purchases, or event participation
- Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience
