Entry-Level Event Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing events and customer engagement team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event planning, brand promotion, and customer service—no prior experience required.

As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of live events while working closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to increase brand awareness and deliver exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish
• Provide outstanding customer service to event attendees and clients
• Support the team in achieving event and sales goals
• Communicate product and service information clearly and accurately to customers
• Build strong relationships with customers through engaging, professional communication
• Collaborate with management to meet client needs and ensure event success
• Help coordinate event setup, layout, and overall presentation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or events is a plus, but not required
