- Assist customers with program enrollment or application processes
- Answer basic questions about energy usage, billing, and efficiency tips
- Distribute informational materials such as brochures or digital resources
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly outreach and enrollment goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sign-ups
- Collaborate with store staff and program supervisors to optimize outreach efforts
- Represent the company/utility in a professional and ethical manner at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with the public in a retail environment
- Ability to explain simple technical or financial concepts clearly
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
