We partner with charitable organizations to raise awareness, increase donor engagement, and create meaningful community impact. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Charity Fundraising Assistant to join our team immediately.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for the Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, supporting donation processing, donor database management, and delivering exceptional customer care. You will also work closely with the Supporter Relations Manager to assist with a wide range of fundraising and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external fundraising inquiries
- Deliver exceptional donor customer service, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation of new and departing donors
- Collaborate with management and communications teams to develop and distribute engaging donor communications
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns, including logistics and on-site coordination
- Maintain and manage the donor database (CRM), ensuring data accuracy and providing internal support and training
- Perform data entry, updates, reporting, and data analysis, including generating reports and resolving data queries
- Assist the fundraising team in prioritizing tasks and meeting key deadlines
- Stay informed on fundraising trends, nonprofit news, and donor engagement strategies
- Proactively contribute new ideas and take ownership of initiatives to enhance fundraising performance
- Passion for nonprofit fundraising and community impact (experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
