- Assist in developing outreach strategies to strengthen community partnerships
- Support outreach efforts before, during, and after events and services
- Collaborate with the outreach team to ensure consistent messaging and execution
- Assist in managing outreach initiatives across multiple regions when needed
- Prepare summary reports and updates on outreach performance and activities
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and community stakeholders
- Previous experience in public relations, communications, marketing, customer service, or related fields preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media and digital engagement strategies is a plus
