Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced remodeling professionals with strong, well-rounded skill sets. This is not an entry-level role.
We are looking for individuals who approach their work with professionalism, take responsibility for results, and want more than a short-term position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full-scope remodeling work including kitchens, bathrooms, and basements
- Execute framing, drywall, trim, flooring, cabinetry, and general finish work
- Complete tile installations including showers, floors, and backsplashes
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Identify and solve problems efficiently on-site
- Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential remodeling across multiple trades
- Ability to work without constant supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
