Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced, high-level remodeling professionals capable of handling full project scopes with minimal oversight.
This role is for individuals who understand sequencing, quality control, and execution across multiple trades. You are expected to perform, lead when needed, and maintain a professional standard on every job.
Responsibilities:
- Execute full-scope remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and basements
- Perform and oversee framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, flooring, and finish work
- Complete or direct high-quality tile installations
- Maintain job flow, sequencing, and efficiency on-site
- Identify issues early and resolve them without delaying the project
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate clearly with team members and management
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in residential remodeling across multiple trades
- Ability to run or assist in running full projects
- Strong understanding of layout, sequencing, and finish quality
- Proven ability to work independently without supervision
- High attention to detail and consistency in workmanship
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
