Qualifications:
- 1 year of prior office experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a self-directed, non-micro-managed environment.
- A strong passion for customer service and teamwork.
- Experience in Human Resources, Employee Benefits, or Life Insurance is a plus (but not required).
Responsibilities:
- Support the growth of our infrastructure and help meet our clients' needs.
- Interact with clients via phone and email, providing top-tier support.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and represent the company and clients with best practices.

This is an onsite/in-office position with no requirement of travel other than commute to office.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
