Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Spring Valley, NY

Shift: 9:00am-5:00pm M-F (on-site)

Position Type: Temporary (est. 4-8 weeks)

Pay: $22 per hour (flexibility based on experience)

Start: Immediately


Overview: Healthcare organization seeks 2 Customer Service reps for an immediate call center type project.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls in a busy call center type enviornment
  • Document information into computer system
  • Assist with appointment scheduling


Requirements:

  • Pleasant phone demeanor
  • Computer savvy
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to move quickly through tasks
