We’re Hiring: Production Engineer – Assembly | Morristown, TN
Are you an engineering professional with a strong background in high-volume manufacturing, automated equipment troubleshooting, and process improvement? Gem Care is hiring for a well-established manufacturing company in Morristown, TN. This is a direct-hire role with a competitive salary and benefits package.
We’re looking for a Production Engineer – Assembly to provide engineering support to manufacturing operations, help reduce downtime, improve quality and productivity, support new equipment launches, and assist with capital project initiatives.
This role is a great fit for someone who has experience with:
- Manufacturing support and troubleshooting
- Equipment procurement, installation, and startup
- Fixture, tooling, and gage design
- Process capability studies
- Hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems
- Engineering reports and technical instructions
- MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and PLC troubleshooting
Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, along with a strong ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Morristown, TN
Travel: Approximately 10–20%
Overtime availability required
