- Journeyman Millwright / Maintenance Mechanic or associate degree in electro-mechanical technology or related field.
- Experience troubleshooting/repairing industrial equipment.
- Experience with machining, welding, fabricating.
- Understand and apply knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Experience with various types of pumps, bearings, gearboxes, cylinders, alignment techniques, etc.
- Experience with web handling equipment.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to be professional and work well with others.
- Positive attitude.
- Able to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 days (6a-6p) shift.
