What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support planning, forecasting, and performance reviews
- Design and refine pricing models that balance market competitiveness with margin goals
- Lead financial due diligence and integration planning for M&A opportunities
- Analyze trends, risks, and growth opportunities—then translate findings into actionable business insights
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Finance teams to align on priorities and elevate performance
- Support key initiatives that drive profitability, efficiency, and strategic growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4 years of experience in financial analysis or commercial finance
- Experience with pricing strategy, M&A analysis, and financial modeling
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools (preferred)
- Strong business acumen with a knack for simplifying complexity and influencing decisions
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
