Support the primary machine operator in the operation, setup, and maintenance of machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. Duties include but are no limited to:
- Assists with machine setup, prepares machinery for operation by setting up tools, loading materials, and adjusting settings as directed by the primary operator.
- Supplies raw material or component specific to the bag machine as needed
- Monitors bag machine operations and assist with routine maintenance
- Troubleshoots minor technical issues, performs minor repairs or adjustments under the guidance of the primary operator or maintenance personnel.
- Ability to fill-in or temporarily run the machine during shift changes, or as necessary.
- $20.05 to $22.80 Shift Differential
- 12 hr rotating schedule / 7pm – 7am
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or related field assisting or operating a machine for a minimum of 2 years.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Stand on your feet, twist and bend for 12 hour shift
- Ability and willingness to lift up to 50lbs
