Why You’ll Want to Work Here

• Hands-On Training
  You don’t need prior retail/hardware experience—what matters most is a love of helping people and a great attitude. However, if you’ve worked in hardware or retail before, that background will help you hit the ground running.
• Predictable Part-Time Schedule
  You’ll work 15–25 hours per week, including one weekend day, on a set schedule posted once a week in advance. This consistency makes it easier to plan around family or other commitments.

• Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Customer Assistance: Greet and engage with customers to identify their needs, answer questions, and recommend products that will help them solve their problems.
• Sales Support: Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating product features and benefits.
• Store Recovery: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and presentable throughout your shift—maintaining tidy aisles, shelves, and sales floors.
• Stocking Freight: Assist with unloading, stocking, and organizing freight deliveries.

Who You Are

• Friendly, approachable, and eager to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
• Available to work 15–25 hours per week, including one weekend day.
